A word on the biotin dose. The adequate intake of biotin for adults is about 30 mcg per day, and true deficiency is rare. Hair supplements typically use higher, beauty-grade doses, and we use 5,000 mcg. Because biotin is water-soluble, any amount your body does not use is simply excreted. More is not always better, which is why we pair biotin with zinc and vitamins for hair, nail and skin health rather than relying on the dose alone.
Good to know. High-dose biotin can interfere with some laboratory tests, including certain thyroid and cardiac (troponin) tests. If you have a blood test scheduled, or any health concern, speak to a healthcare professional and let them know you take a biotin supplement.

OK I started using this for a couple weeks now but ever since I started taking it I did see a big difference my hair did grow but not even my hair only my nails they are growing way too fast and that’s what I love about it.
